Come and enjoy a unique experience – ephemeral art. A combination of various elements: nature, art, social life.
Our activity has its focus on the coexistence between nature and people, as well as its ephemeral element.
Ponteareas is known for the Corpus Christi Celebration. An event that visitors of the city enjoy only once in a year. To see the floral carpets that are prepared in different Portals in the night of Saturday to Sunday. But the preparation is much longer.… Join us and learn!
Duration: approx. 45 minutes
When: each Thursday
(for groups of 6-8 persons it is also possible to agree different time and dates – just contact us)
Activity includes:
- explanation of the creation of the flower carpets in Ponteareas
- creating your own floral mini rug
- Galician water/tea/coffee
- Wine D.O. Rías Biaxas/Galician beer (extra supplement applied)
- VAT
If you need transportation (from Porriño) to Ponteareas, contact us.
You will also obtain:
- stamp in your “Credencial” if you pilgrim to Santiago de Compostela
The activity is carried out in small groups – max. 8 people.
Available in English, German, Spanish and Slovak.
This is an indoor activity, so do not worry about the weather.
